Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced AI Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of AI/ML-driven solutions for global clients. The ideal candidate has a strong background in machine learning, cloud-native architecture, and enterprise-grade AI adoption. You will collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions while ensuring compliance, performance, and innovation.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead the architecture and design of AI/ML platforms and solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance;
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify AI/ML opportunities and define adoption roadmaps;
  • Guide the selection of AI frameworks, libraries, and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain);
  • Collaborate with data engineers to establish secure, high-quality pipelines for model training and inference;
  • Define and implement AI/ML governance practices, including MLOps, retraining, monitoring, versioning, and bias detection;
  • Provide technical leadership to data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers;
  • Drive AI integration into enterprise systems leveraging cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP);
  • Stay current with emerging AI/GenAI trends and advise clients on adoption strategies;
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, ethical AI principles, and regulatory standards;
  • Act as a bridge between nearshore teams and global client stakeholders for alignment and delivery.

Essential Skills

  • Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and GenAI solutions;
  • Hands-on experience with cloud AI services (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI);
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed data processing (Spark, Databricks, Ray);
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver enterprise AI solutions at scale;
  • Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, and integration of AI into applications;
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to present AI concepts to non-technical audiences;
  • Experience with MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker pipelines, DataRobot);
  • Knowledge of AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks.

Highly Desirable Skills

  • Certifications in cloud and AI/ML (AWS ML Specialty, Azure AI Engineer, GCP ML);
  • Experience with GenAI models, LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate);
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in AI (GDPR, HIPAA, Responsible AI frameworks);
  • Experience mentoring AI teams or setting up AI Centers of Excellence (CoE).
