As part of the Operations team, you’ll be responsible for managing relationships with bus partners, monitoring service performance, and coordinating new line setups. You’ll support quality, safety, and training initiatives, support operational excellence through data analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices.
About the Role
- Build and maintain long-term regional partnerships to support operational development
- Lead impactful projects focused on improving vehicle and driver quality, partner support, and training
- Use KPI analysis to help partners contribute effectively to our international network
- Collaborate with station teams and work in the field to elevate service and quality standards
- Coordinate daily operations using our multi-platform IT systems and tools
- Ensure safety and compliance by working with internal teams and conducting audits
- Analyze data and processes with the team to drive continuous improvement and challenge the status quo
About You
- HBO degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, tourism, logistics)
- 5+ years of experience in fast-paced or tech-driven environments
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for turning data into actionable insights
- Proficient with MS tools, PowerBI, Salesforce, and quick to adopt new systems
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven – you take ownership and deliver
- Excellent communicator, both collaborative and independent, with a hands-on attitude
- Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus), with a driving license and willingness to travel
