As the Online Visual Merchandiser, you will drive the optimization of the online store’s customer experience by continuously enhancing the visual elements of the digital shopping journey. Your role will focus on ensuring that the visual presentation aligns with customer expectations, maximizes sales performance, and contributes to the overall profitability of the business. Through strategic merchandising and a keen understanding of trends, you will help create an engaging and impactful online shopping experience.
The Online Visual Merchandiser reports to the E-commerce& Marketing Manager in Korea.
What you will do:
- Ensure product displays meet visual standards, creating an engaging online shopping experience.
- Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to inform weekly content updates and seasonal site planning.
- Curate digital content across all online channels in line with brand guidelines and business goals, while maximizing selling potential through the right site plan, ranking, and content aligned with stock levels and sales drivers.
- Collaborate with the Online Merchandiser to optimize product presentation and adapt to market fluctuations.
- Collaborate with the Digital Media & CRM Lead to optimize product images and create localized content for various digital platforms.
- Continuously propose innovative visual merchandising strategies to improve the customer experience.
- Maintain brand consistency across all translated content and collaborate on visual method improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales performance and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in online visual merchandising or e-commerce.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (basic to intermediate level) and familiarity with other design or content management tools.
- Strong data-driven mindset, comfortable interpreting performance metrics and leveraging insights to optimize visual strategies.
- Passion for fashion and e-commerce, with a proactive approach to staying updated on emerging trends and consumer behaviors.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate across teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and productive environment.

In this role you will be able to take advantage of a hybrid working arrangement. You will have the flexibility to work both remotely and, from the office, as and when required. While remote working is an integral part of our part of our offer, occasional office presence will be required to foster strong collaborations and team work.
