The role

As Senior Programmatic Marketing Manager in our Marketing department, you will be responsible for driving key consumer activations while implementing a data-driven creative strategy. You will collaborate with market stakeholders to understand local market insights and its implementation in your marketing campaigns while working on a full funnel consumer journey. You will contribute your expertise across 15 Global HelloFresh entities. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on executor with a performance marketing and experimentation mindset, capable of scaling acquisition and conversion metrics for the channel.

What you’ll do

Owner of key initiatives across four strategic areas:

  • Platform Leadership & Innovation
    • Serve as the go-to expert on programmatic, providing strategic guidance on GDN, DemandGen and other key platforms, with a deep understanding of platform mechanics, auction dynamics, and optimization levers.
    • Anticipate and adapt to platform updates, leveraging industry trends and data insights to drive continuous innovation and stay ahead of the curve.
    • Collaborate with platform partners to pilot new solutions, enhance measurement capabilities, and improve efficiency.
    • Advise and collaborate with the Display & Video Campaign Ops team, ensuring platform strategies are optimized with best-in-class practices and advanced ad tech solutions.
  • Measurement & Testing
    • Lead the testing and measurement strategy across platforms
    • Develop and refine experimentation frameworks, including creative tests, conversion lift tests, and attribution modeling.
    • Analyze test results to inform data-driven decisions and uncover new growth opportunities.
    • Collaborate with analytics and data teams to continuously enhance measurement methodologies.
    • Ensure proper budgeting processes, including daily and weekly pacing, are aligned with strategic goals and seasonality.
  • Automation & Infrastructure
    • Ensure Display & Video infrastructure is optimized, working closely with automation teams to implement scalable solutions.
    • Own and develop the automation of reporting for performance tracking and measurement.
    • Partner with internal teams to ensure automation efforts align with overall business objectives and drive operational efficiencies.
    • Lead automation efforts for catalog ads, refining workflows and automating processes within external platforms.
  • Tracking
    • Support internal teams in maintaining accurate tracking and performance measurement.
    • Ensure tracking is correctly set up and manage new tracking requests as needed.
    • Collaborate with analytics, engineering, and marketing teams to enhance the tracking infrastructure.

What you’ll bring

  • 6+ years of professional experience in programmatic advertising or working with DSP vendors, programmatic trading desks, digital marketing agencies, ad network, 3rd party data companies or other related digital companies.
  • 3+ years of experience in adtech or measurement related topics with experience on Analytics & incrementality testing.
  • Excellent knowledge and skills of Google: Sheet and Slides - can create reports and presentations for internal and external teams
  • Excellent communication skills. You will be the go-to-person for multiple marketing and communication teams. Interpersonal skills are a prerequisite for success.
  • Passionate about digital industry and highly digital savvy
