Procurement process improvement
BSc / MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management
Within our Support department, we are continuously working on improving and professionalizing our internal processes. One of the key focus areas is the procurement process. While parts of the process are already documented, there is clear potential to further optimize efficiency, improve clarity in roles and responsibilities, and strengthen collaboration between departments. As an intern within the Support department, you will play an active role in analyzing and improving our procurement process. You will work closely with various stakeholders across the organization, gaining hands-on experience in process analysis and continuous improvement within a professional industrial environment.
Your tasks:
Map the current procurement process (as-is), including all relevant stakeholders;
Identify bottlenecks, risks, and inefficiencies within the process;
Develop at least three concrete and feasible improvement proposals;
Design a standardized future-state procurement process (to-be).
Requirements
Who are you?
BSc / MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management;
Interested in sustainable energy technology;
Plan-minded and independent worker.
