We started as a family company in 1991, specializing in creating renewable energy and valuable products from waste. We develop and install high-tech systems for efficient, clean conversion, helping to build a circular economy.

Our main offerings include carbon-neutral and carbon-negative technologies for decentralized renewable gas, heat, and power, as well as carbon capture. We offer solutions like anaerobic digestion, biogas upgrading, industrial waste & wood-fired heat & power plants, CO2 liquefaction, Bio-LNG, and hydrogen technology. We also provide “Energy as a Service” and full service and maintenance, including ²⁴⁄₇ remote monitoring.

We’ve completed over 450 renewable energy projects, with our technology operating in more than 35 countries across 5 continents. We have an in-house production facility for standardized technologies and run research facilities, such as the Wabico research facility and a laboratory at our HyGear office, to test and optimize new and existing renewable gas technologies.

Our sustainability mission is to tackle the climate crisis and waste management issues by providing effective, sustainable renewable energy projects. We aim to develop accessible, cost-effective, and decentralized renewable energy systems.

• €500 for a 40-hour week
• €400 for students without an EU working license.
