Job Summary:

Interactive Brokers is seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior HR Associate to provide comprehensive human resources support across the organization. This role will lead critical HR initiatives, serve as a subject matter expert, and partner with business leaders to drive people-related strategies. The Senior HR Associate will manage complex HR matters, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of HR programs and policies, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding.
  • Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues in a timely and impartial manner.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement and corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and HR program enhancements.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in human resources.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Masterโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Demonstrated expertise across core HR functions, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  • Proven track record of leading successful HR initiatives and driving continuous improvement.
