We have between 1,001 and 5,000 employees. Many of us work in a hybrid model, typically three days in the office and two days remotely. We encourage collaboration among departments like Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technology, and with clients and sales representatives. We work in a fast-paced financial services environment that heavily uses technology and automation.
