Within just a couple of years, our team grew up more than 80%, we moved into a new spacious and modern office, and we kicked off 2024 with several new and exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software and robotics.
We are now looking for an experienced Functional Analyst with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging outsourced projects.
Your Day will Look like:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their goals, processes, and challenges.
Conduct interviews, workshops, and document analysis to gather detailed business requirements.
Analyze current systems and workflows to identify gaps or inefficiencies.
Translate business needs into clear, structured functional requirements and use cases.
Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and developers.
Clarify requirements, answer questions, and manage changes to scope or specifications.
Ensure developers and testers understand functional needs and constraints.
Minimum 5 years functional analyst experience in Banking Sector and/or Business Process Management systems preferably in lending.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are vital for documenting requirements, conveying information to stakeholders, and facilitating collaboration between business and technical team.
Experience in the analysis ย and documentation of ย functional requirements, including business processes, user stories, and use cases.
Experience in using business process modeling techniques and tools, such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
Experience in data analysis techniques and tools can be valuable, especially.
Excellent knowledge of English language.
Good interpersonal skills.
