Job Description

As an Asset Due Diligence (ADD) Officer within the AIFM team, you will support the onboarding process and ongoing AML/CFT monitoring for investments, clients, and counterparties. You will be responsible for collecting, reviewing, and analyzing asset-related due diligence documentation and preparing relevant reports in line with regulatory and internal standards.

What you’ll do

  • You’ll review and assess KYC/KYA and AML/CFT documentation for diverse asset classes (real estate, private equity, loans), performing asset‑level due diligence and ensuring all requirements are complete and compliant.
  • You’ll conduct name screening and adverse media checks using tools such as WorldCheck, identifying material AML/CFT risks and escalating issues to senior RC/KYA management.
  • You’ll prepare and maintain structured compliance tools, including checklists, dashboards, and formal AML/CFT and KYA reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • You’ll support operational and procedural improvements, assist clients with due‑diligence queries, handle ad hoc requests, and represent the team in meetings or calls.
  • You’ll collaborate closely with the Philippine support office, providing guidance, reviewing outputs, and ensuring high‑quality data management and documentation standards.

Qualifications

  • You hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance or an equivalent field, supported by at least two years of relevant experience in a similar role or within a Luxembourg AIFM; AML/KYC experience is considered a strong advantage.
  • You demonstrate solid knowledge of the Luxembourg regulatory environment for investment funds and understand the fundamentals of alternative investments such as private equity, real estate, and private debt.
  • You have experience collaborating with third‑party delegates and service providers, ensuring smooth coordination and high‑quality deliverables.
  • You communicate fluently in English, with any additional language viewed as an asset, and you build strong, professional relationships with clients.
  • You work as a self‑motivated team player, bringing reliability, initiative, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in all tasks.
