Job Title: SAP Basis Manager
Location: Remote
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled SAP Basis Manager to lead our SAP administration team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management, configuration, and optimization of SAP systems, ensuring high availability and performance while aligning with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor SAP landscape, ensuring system stability and availability.
- Lead a team of SAP Basis consultants, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Oversee system installations, upgrades, and patches across various SAP environments.
- Implement optimal system performance practices and conduct regular system audits.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve system issues.
- Develop and enforce security policies and best practices within SAP systems.
Key Skills:-
10+ years of experience with SAP Basis administrative duties REQUIRED.
10+ years of customer-facing SAP Technical Consulting experience.
4+ years of solution design, enterprise architecture, and or SAP implementation.
2+ years’ experience in technical project management for SAP Operations or Implementation
SAP NetWeaver, OS/DB migration, SAP HANA certifications are plus.
Experience and certifications with IaaS Providers AWS, MS Azure, or GCP) are an advantage.
