Family Law Attorney (Remote / Hybrid – Seattle, WA)
Compensation: $150,000–$300,000 base (DOE) + bonus
Signing Bonus: $10,000–$25,000 (DOE)

Location & Work Model
Seattle-area based role with flexibility. Attorneys may work fully remote, hybrid, or in-office, depending on preference and case needs.

Role Overview
You will manage a family law litigation caseload end-to-end, with the autonomy to practice at a high level and the support to do so efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Washington family law matters from intake through resolution
- Manage temporary orders, discovery, motion practice, and settlement negotiations
- Represent clients in hearings and trials as required
- Develop case strategy and provide clear, empathetic client guidance
- Communicate professionally with opposing counsel and the court
- Maintain strong ethical judgment in sensitive and high-stakes matters
- Leverage legal technology to stay organized and efficient
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Washington family law experience (required)
- Active Washington State Bar license in good standing
- Comfortable handling hearings, motions, and trial preparation
- Strong organizational skills and case ownership mindset
- Professional, client-centered communication style
- Comfortable working in a tech-forward practice
