Job Overview

We are looking for Business Development Managers with experience in the forex or crypto industry to drive new partnerships and grow our network.

Responsibilities

  • Acquiring new Introducing Broker (IB) partners

  • On-boarding new IB partners

  • Relationship management with new and existing partners to build loyalty

  • Continuous due diligence

  • Introducing Libertex products, services and cooperation terms to partners

  • Consulting partners’ staff on sales, monitoring partners’ sales

  • Working with the team to ensure KPIs are met

  • Preparing monthly reports on partners’ performance

  • Problem-solving with a positive, can-do approach

  • At least 1 year of experience in the finance industry in a Business Developer role

  • Business-level fluency in spoken and written English. Additional languages will be considered an advantage

  • Excellent communication and writing skills as well as attention to detail

  • Confident telephone conversation skills

  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel

  • A good understanding of financial markets and preferably foreign exchange markets

  • Strong negotiation and pitching skills

  • Great listening skills

  • Ability to work on deadline

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Must be able to maintain a positive atmosphere among partners, making their voices heard and providing them with timely feedback and solutions on all issues that may arise

  • Must demonstrate strong conflict resolution skills and balance between the interests of the company and the partner
