Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product BI Analyst who will turn large and complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive product strategy, trading performance, and customer experience. This role requires strong analytical and BI skills paired with deep knowledge of financial markets and CFD trading products.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards (Power BI or equivalent tools) and Ad hoc reports to monitor product and trading KPIs.
Perform advanced SQL and Python-based analysis to support decision-making and product optimization.
Partner with Product Managers, Trading, and Engineering teams to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements.
Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
Build automated pipelines and ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility across the organization.
Lead the definition of metrics and measurement frameworks for product performance.
