Salary: $70,000 - 80,000

The Role:
As a Portfolio Community Manager, you’ll partner closely with the Boards of Directors for a group of community associations. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for each Board, guiding day-to-day operations and ensuring the community runs smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing vendors and on-site staff, maintaining strong homeowner relationships, and coordinating professional services. You’ll also manage the administrative, maintenance, and operational needs of each association—keeping everything organized and running efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a property portfolio on a day to day basis.
- Manage building vendors and staff.
- Respond to owner and board calls and follow up.
- Contact & coordinate vendors to bid out projects, oversee and manage projects through completion.
- Review & approve payables as directed for each property.
- Coordinate ongoing and future projects.
- Prepared and attend board meetings and report management activities.
- Develop budgets for properties.
- Review financials for accuracy.
- Inspect properties and vendor work.
- Create maintenance plans for properties.
- Create capital improvement budget and reserve budget.
What You Bring:
- CAM license (required)
- CMCA (preferred, but not required)
- Experience managing a portfolio of condo associations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer and tech skills: E-mail, Google Workspace (cloud), Word, Excel, etc.
- College degree, comparable work experience, and solid business skills required.
- Candidates must possess a solid understanding of:
- Condo association management
- Accounting
- Building maintenance
