Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven track record in enterprise-level architecture for retail and eCommerce programs.
  • Deep experience across eCommerce and marketplace platforms:
    • SAP Commerce (Hybris)
    • Marketplace implementation
    • Generative AI, CUI & Chatbots
    • Mirakl - good to have
    • BigCommerce - good to have
    • Shopify / Shopify Plus - good to have
    • Spryker - good to have
    • Magento (Adobe Commerce) - good to have
    • Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) - good to have
    • Commerce tools, VTEX, Elastic Path, and other headless commerce platforms - good to have
  • Strong knowledge of integrations with ERP, CRM, OMS, PIM, and third-party systems.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with global, multi-vendor ecosystems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and define the end-to-end solution architecture for eCommerce and marketplace programs.
  • Provide architectural oversight for dropship, marketplace, and omni-channel solutions.
  • Evaluate and recommend best-fit platforms and composable solutions across the eCommerce ecosystem.
  • Drive standards for scalability, performance optimization, cloud-native design, and security compliance.
  • Collaborate with business and client executives as a trusted technology advisor.
  • Guide cross-functional teams with design patterns, reference architectures, and best practices.
  • Support pre-sales and solutioning with high-level designs, effort estimates, and technology roadmaps.
  • Owning the technology health of the project / account on all key metrics
  • Ensuring projects / accounts meet technical standards of governance, technology standards and best practices
  • Owning the long term as well as the short-term technology strategy of your project / account
  • Identifying opportunities in the current engagement to cross sell or up sell Nagarroโ€™s offerings
  • Conceptualizing and owning the technical architecture and design of the projects you are influencing
  • Harnessing your consulting skills in a culture that promotes opportunities to provide thought leadership and breakthrough solutions for our clients.
  • Running workshops internally and with customers on technology and business topics to create new solution areas and use cases
  • Communicating and driving adoption of organizational technology initiatives in your account
  • Mentoring and managing team members, by giving constant on-the-job feedback, and by providing guidance
  • If you are aligned with a Center of Excellence (CoE) or practice โ€“
  • Defining the vision for the practice/CoE, creating plan/budget for the practice
  • Interacting with multiple projects/accounts to create innovative use cases, assessing RoI, creating rapid prototypes and interfacing with client stakeholders to implement solutions

Qualifications

Bachelorโ€™s or masterโ€™s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
