Qualifications
8+ years of extensive experience successfully managing and delivering complex IT projects with a track record of meeting project objectives, timelines, and budgets
Proven experience in delivering projects using Agile development methodologies, with a deep understanding of Agile frameworks, practices, and tools.
Experience in handling large-scale, enterprise-level projects with cross-functional teams and distributed stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, or equivalent, with the ability to tailor approaches to project-specific needs.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify project risks, anticipate challenges, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders, clients, and external partners.
Experience in technology-enabled business transformation, driving organizational change, and aligning project goals with broader business strategies.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Continuous learning mindset and a passion for staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management.
