Job Description
Key responsibilities
- IBM ODM developer Design, develop, and maintain business rules using IBM ODM (Decision Center & Decision Server).
- Configure and implement ruleflows, decision tables, decision trees, and action rules.
- Work closely with business analysts to translate business policies into executable rules.
- Develop and manage XOM/BOM models and ensure proper object modeling for rule authoring.
- Integrate ODM with enterprise applications through REST/SOAP APIs, Java, and other middleware components. Implement testing strategies, including rule unit testing, scenario testing, and decision validation.
- Manage deployment, versioning, and governance of rules across environments.
- Optimize rule performance and troubleshoot rule execution issues.
- Collaborate with architecture and development teams to ensure rules align with overall system design.
- Provide production support, debugging, and maintenance for decision services.
