Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience-7+ years
- We have strong expertise in SAP CPI, integration patterns, API management, and end-to-end integration lifecycle management.
- Should be able to design, build, and maintain integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SAP Integration Suite.
- Should be able to develop and configure iFlows, adapters, mappings (XSLT/Message Mapping), and integration artifacts.
- Should be able to collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Should be able to work with SAP API Management, Open Connectors, BTP services, and other integration components as needed.
- Should be able to perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of integration issues.
- Should be able to ensure integrations align with security, performance, and architectural guidelines.
- Should be able to support ongoing operations, enhancements, and L2/L3 troubleshooting of integration interfaces.
- Must have strong knowledge of iFlow development, SFTP, SOAP, OData, REST, IDoc, and other common adapters.
- Should have proficiency in XML, JSON, XSLT, Groovy/JavaScript scripting within CPI.
- Should have experience integrating SAP S/4HANA, SAP ISU/CRM, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, or third-party systems.
- Should have understanding of integration concepts such as API management, event-driven architecture, security (OAuth2, SSL), and connectivity.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client’s needs in the context of the project
- Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns, and frameworks to realize it.
- Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
- Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
- Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs.
- Creating, understanding, and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it.
- Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
- Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
- Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
- Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken.
- Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
