Role : Collibra Engineer Location : Sunrise, FL

Working Mode: Day 1 onsite (2-3 days in a week – hybrid model)

Position Overview:

NucleusTeq is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Collibra to join our ever-growing team. This role offers the opportunity to drive impactful data governance initiatives, leveraging Collibra’s capabilities to streamline workflows, enhance metadata management, and ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory mandates.

Responsibilities

  • Support and extend Collibra capabilities, including metadata ingestion, data dictionaries, taxonomies, and data lineage to reinforce data governance policies and standards
  • Configure and enhance Collibra workflows tailored to evolving business needs
  • Customize Collibra data models and design seamless integrations that meet reporting and compliance requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for Collibra configurations, workflows, and processes, ensuring alignment with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data governance frameworks and best practices
  • Drive Agile practices and participate in multiple large-scale and complex efforts or projects
  • Design, develop, and deliver solutions leveraging fluency in multiple programming languages and development stacks
  • Implement test automation strategies with mastery in code-level unit and integration tests
  • Work with both relational and non-relational data stores to design resilient and maintainable solutions

Requirements

  • BE/Btech in Computer Science, IT or equivalent Technical Degree
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Collibra SME, with expertise in supporting capabilities like metadata ingestion, data dictionaries, taxonomies, and data lineage
  • Proven proficiency in configuring Collibra workflows and customizing Collibra data models and integrations to align with business and industry standards
  • Background in Agile methodologies and experience balancing multiple projects or complex efforts simultaneously
  • Skills in test automation with demonstrated expertise in designing unit and integration tests
  • Competency in working with both relational and non-relational databases
  • Showcase of fluency in multiple programming languages and development stacks
