Job description
We are seeking a skilled Shopify Listings Coordinator to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our product listings across our primary Shopify store, upcoming international sites, and key marketplace partners like Macy’s and Nordstrom. A core focus will be on enhancing product visibility, driving sales growth, and ensuring a seamless online customer experience. Proficiency in Shopify is essential, and experience with other e-commerce platforms is a significant plus. You will be working 40 hours per week during American business hours, and will be paid on a weekly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- You’ll be in charge of adding new products to our websites. This includes writing descriptions, choosing images, and adding keywords to help customers find them (SEO).
- Execute the launch of new products and online marketing campaigns, promotions, as well as oversee product launches
- Ensure compliance with website and marketplace policies and best practices.
- Run tests (A/B tests) to see what product descriptions or images work best.
- Review sales numbers and customer activity to find ways to improve and sell more
- Work closely with our marketing and product teams in the US and Europe
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing a Shopify website for US/UK-Based store/brand.
- Experience in the fashion/clothing or apparel industry is a MUST
- Experience in Disco and CommerceHub is a PLUS
- Proficiency in marketplace/dropshipping platforms (Mirakl, CommerceHub etc.) is a
- plus.
- Comfort working with data in Microsoft Excel
- Great attention to detail and organization
- A problem-solving attitude with strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
