What will I be doing
As a Sales Support Intern at SAP Fioneer, you will assist in being the first point of contact between clients and our Lending Solutions team. You will support our Business Development Representatives in the qualification of leads, helping build a strong sales pipeline for our Account Executives. This role is perfect for a student who is enrolled within a program in economics, business, or finance, who is eager to start a commercial career in fintech.
Key Responsibilities
- Support our Business Development Representatives and Account Executives in the generation of qualified leads.
- Research financial institutions, lending trends, and target accounts to identify key decision-makers and opportunities.
- Assist in the communication of SAP Fioneer’s Lending Solutions value proposition to prospects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Collaborate closely with Business Development Representatives and Account Executives
- Support marketing campaigns
- Continuously build industry knowledge around digital lending, financial services operations, and core banking technology.
You are currently a student in:
- Economics, Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
You are having
Strong interest in financial technology, digital lending, and the banking sector.
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Highly motivated, proactive, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple prospects simultaneously.
