Wing Assistant

Wing Assistant provides managed virtual assistant services globally. Founded in 2018, we offer dedicated remote talent to small businesses, startups, executives, and enterprises. Our services include general virtual assistance, executive and personal assistance, customer service/support, sales development representation, digital marketing assistance, and bookkeeping/financial administration.

We also offer HR and hiring support, specialized talent placements (e.g., web developers), and industry-specific virtual assistant packages for sectors like healthcare, real estate, and e-commerce.

We handle client recruitment, onboarding, training, supervision, and quality control for our assistants. Our goal is to reduce costs by 70-80% compared to traditional hires. We use our internal Wing Workspace App for collaboration, task tracking, Kanban boards, screen recording, chat, and file sharing. Our key personnel are Karan Kanwar (CEO/Founder), Sai Gupta (CTO), Roland Polzin (Co-Founder/CMO), Martin Gomez (Co-Founder/COO), and Nenad Lazarevic (VP of Marketing). We serve over 3,000 companies worldwide.
