Job description
We are looking for an all-round Account Executive to join our team and grow our business. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close. You will help to drive inbound leads through the sales pipeline as well as work on a given target list. You will be required to join events to grow our presence in the industry network and grow the sales pipeline.
We are looking for a HUNTER - someone who has excellent communication skills and a passion for driving change in the industry. A great active listener, an inquisitive mind, and determination to reach sales targets is essential for this job. Responsibilities:
- Manage the inbound pipeline, qualifying leads entering the initial sales stages.
- Execute discovery calls to target hot prospects.
- Reach out to your existing network to drive new sales.
- Work with marketing to execute targeted campaigns.
- Present Searoutes product portfolio and lead POCs
- Participate in partner and industry events
- Track progress towards meeting sales goals
- Manage and own the sales life cycle until close
Salary range : 60,000β¬ to 80,000β¬ + Variable Comp
- 3 years of experience carrying a sales quota
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Bachelorβs degree in business or related field
- Experience in logistics, supply chain or freight tech is a bonus
