This is a hybrid role so while the majority of your working week will be spent working from home, there will be occasions we require you to attend our Cardiff City Centre office.
This role supports our Finance, Customer Services and Arrears Management teams by ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and all transaction systems and procedures are maintained.
Duties Include:
- Processing and applying payments, ensuring they are allocated to the correct accounts
- Answering inbound e-mail requests in line with SLA’s
- Reconciling financial and operations data to provide an overview of transaction reports
- Supporting the team with Quality Assurance checks
What We’re Looking For!
Someone with experience in a similar role, dealing with a high volume of data entry, ideally relating to payments or transactions
A Team Player – our people are at the heart of what we do so being able to work collaboratively as a team is paramount
Someone who is pro-active, inquisitive and problem solving by nature
Someone with a strong attention to detail
Starting salary of £23,809.50 per annum
