We provide FCA-regulated servicing and software solutions for financial institutions. Founded in 1979 and backed by Tech Mahindra, we manage £17 billion in assets and service 19 million accounts globally.\n\nOur services include loan, mortgage, collections, recoveries, and payment processing. We offer end-to-end Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) for loan originations, managed IT systems, and software solutions. We use technologies like Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and digital front-end solutions to help clients with lending, mortgages, investments, public sector needs, collections, and remediation.\n\nWe work with over 30 financial services clients, including banks and public sector bodies. Our offices are in Cardiff and Newport, and we also have a presence in London through Tech Mahindra.
