Job Description
Job Purpose:
Reporting into the HR Operations Manager, this varied role supports our HR Outsourcing and Recruitment clients, playing a key part in the smooth delivery of our client accounts. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, managing documentation and compliance, and supporting recruitment processes such as offers, onboarding, and pre-employment screening, alongside wider HR administration including contracts and personnel file management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage HR and recruitment queries via the ticketing system, ensuring timely and consistent resolution.
- Maintain accurate data across client and Curve systems, supporting compliance, audits, and reporting.
- Create and manage vacancies, produce offer documentation, and guide candidates through pre-employment screening and onboarding.
- Liaise with clients, candidates, and vetting partners to resolve issues and agree start dates.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, contributing to meetings, reports, and process improvements.
- Support ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
Skills & Experience Required (OR What We’re Looking For OR What You’ll Bring To The Role):
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and accuracy in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
- Experience in administrative or HR roles, with knowledge of HR software and qualifications desirable but not essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent written and verbal communication skills and professionalism.
- Team player with initiative, agility, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build strong client relationships while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver exceptional customer service.

Additional Information
You will be required to work 35 hours a week Monday to Friday with 2 days in the office.
On-site training is provided (based from our offices). We’re rural so you must be able to drive and be willing to be office based initially.
