Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hospitality Intern from EHL to support our EMEA commercial team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the commercial operations of a hospitality technology company, combining sales support, marketing coordination, and event assistance in a dynamic, international environment. You will be working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing contracts, proposals, and client documentation.
- Assist with event coordination and logistics for trade shows, conferences, and client meetings (virtual and in-person).
- Maintain and update CRM records to ensure data accuracy and pipeline visibility.
- Conduct light market research and competitor analysis to support sales initiatives.
- Help prepare presentations, reports, and collateral for internal and external use.
- Coordinate follow-ups and communication with partners and clients where needed.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in the 4th year of the Bachelor program at EHL or equivalent hospitality/business program.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus.
- Interest in hospitality technology, SaaS, or digital marketing.
