What’s exciting about the role

Weโ€™re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented intern to join our Order Management team, particularly for our France customer base. This role offers hands-on experience in customer service, data management, and operational support within an international environment.

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team with day-to-day operations for our France customer base
  • Handle customer inquiries via email, providing accurate and timely information
  • Update ERP systems with client, supplier, and pricing data
  • Review and resolve discrepancies between customer purchase orders and system records
  • Manage order bookings and contract updates
  • Support analytical and administrative tasks across the department
  • Identify and flag emerging issues, risks, or concerns to management
  • Work across multiple internal systems and tools

Skills and Experience we desire

  • Fluent in English (written & spoken), good command of French is a plus
  • Currently enrolled in university (3rd year preferred), in Data Science, Business Administration or similar preferred
  • Strong communication skill with the ability to share updates, participate in meetings, and communicate openly with team members
  • Motivated to work in a customer focused environment
  • Basic data analysis skills, with the ability to use reporting tools to extract insights
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Problem-solving mindset: able to identify root causes, involve stakeholders, and escalate larger challenges appropriately
  • Effective time management and willingness to perform repetitive data-entry tasks accurately
