MS Dynamics 365 Solutions Developer

Our consultancy is looking for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Solutions Developer to help us take our CRM ecosystem to the next level. In this role, you’ll be working with the full Microsoft stack — Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Azure, and custom development in C#, .NET, and JavaScript — while also leading the charge on enabling AI and CoPilot capabilities. You’ll play a key part in shaping how our organization uses automation and AI by identifying use cases, building solutions, and creating scalable frameworks that support teams across the globe. Strong data and integration skills will also be important, particularly with DataVerse, SQL, and data governance.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with clear, confident communication and a collaborative mindset. This position is 100% remote.

Technical Requirements

  • Core Stack:
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (configuration, customization, integrations)
    • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
    • Demonstrated experience with Azure cloud
    • JavaScript, C#, .NET for plugin development
    • Prompt engineering or fine-tuning AI capabilities within CoPilot
    • Experience with Power Virtual Agents or Azure OpenAI is a plus
    • Able to identify, recommend, and build CoPilot/AI-powered automation use cases
  • Data & Integration:
    • Familiarity with Microsoft DataVerse, strong SQL skills
    • Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance

 Functional & Strategic Expectations

  • Lead CoPilot/AI enablement within the CRM ecosystem
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Work with global stakeholders to prioritize automation opportunities
  • Build reusable tools and frameworks where possible

  • Facilitation & Presentation:
    • Must be extremely polished in leading meetings, demos, and workshops
    • Ability to communicate clearly with thousands of global employees from diverse cultures
    • Comfortably present technical roadmaps to business audiences
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Strong cross-functional collaboration (Product, Ops, IT, Change Mgmt)
    • Balance of humility, confidence, and clarity in communication

COMPENSATION

This position is 100% remote and will include a base salary and full benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, vacation, and 401(k) with company match.
