Job description

This position is fully remote and available for applicants living in countries in Central America and Mexico, including Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Costa Rica, and Panama.

JOB OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a Administrative Assistant to assist our National Distributor Management Team. In this role, you’ll help manage distributor processes, ensure smooth operations, and support client profitability. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and ready to grow in a supportive team environment, we’d love to hear from you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the completion and submission of distributor promotional forms.
  • Process product price and specification changes within distributor systems.
  • Maintain a complex calendar of distributor processes and deadlines.
  • Assist the support department with distributor policies, purchase order revisions, and trade deduction resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with client representatives to complete tasks and meet deadlines
  • Master distributor web portals, analyzing inventory, item, and sales data to enhance client profitability.
  • Participate in inter-departmental projects to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) set by clients.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • 2+ years of office administrative experience (preferred).
  • Resourceful, problem-solving mindset and ability to find information independently.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) is a plus.

TOOLS AND SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE:

  • Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills.
  • Experience with Grocers Supply, KeHE, or UNFI is a plus.
