ABOUT THE ROLE
Stitch Fix is seeking a dynamic Anaplan Solutions Architect to support our rapidly growing Anaplan footprint in the Merchandise org. We are looking for an incredibly analytical, curious, hard-working individual who is excited about rolling up their sleeves to help craft and support Stitch Fix’s Anaplan journey.
In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally to leverage Anaplan across our suite of Merchandise processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, a passion for data, merchandising and technology, a willingness to dive into details to design, problem-solve and take on new challenges. You will support both the Merch Buying and Merch Planning teams through hands on model building, dashboard development, data integration, troubleshooting and communicating effectively across a broad user community. You will serve as the centralized product owner for our Anaplan footprint at Stitch Fix, responsible for developing and managing governance over forecasting models, dashboards, metrics and calculations, and partnering with IT to build and maintain integrations and future model enhancements.

- Understand business planning & performance management processes and related business requirements
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements and use cases
- Design and build Anaplan application models to support business processes
- Drive complex modeling development across planning functions supporting enhancements
- Build and develop Anaplan modules, lists, dashboards, actions, and other model settings to meet business needs
- Monitor data flows to and from Stitch Fix’s planning systems to ensure all data is up-to-date and accurate
- Define and administer user roles and permissions in Anaplan
- Support quarterly/annual strategic planning and performance management processes through effective coordination across business units/global functions
- Build value-added partnerships with key stakeholders, become a trusted business partner to functional leads
- Drive cross functional support with IT partners
- Provide hands-on training to end users on Anaplan models and processes.
- Facilitate functional power-user activities, support global governance over models to maintain design integrity
WE’RE EXCITED ABOUT YOU BECAUSE YOU HAVE…
- B.S. degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- 3 year of Anaplan experience or 4+ years of experience building models
- 5+ years of financial analysis and complex financial modeling experience
- Strong expertise and deep understanding of multi-dimensional modeling
- Expert skills in Excel spreadsheet modeling, macros, pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc.
- Experience managing, processing and manipulating large data sets
- Strong understanding of Planning processes
- Subject matter expertise in operations, financial management systems, or merchandise planning
- Possess business acumen, strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and partnering skills, ability to communicate well across all levels of the organization
- Understanding of basic financial statements: income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement
- Thoughtful, analytical, inquisitive with exceptional attention to—and appreciation for—details and accuracy
- Previous experience with financial systems design and testing. General knowledge of agile software development concepts and processes;
- Consulting experience and/or mindset - ability to quickly grasp customer requirements and apply design concepts to meet requirements (ability to draw out implications, make design recommendations, define design reasoning, understand potential impacts of design requirements).
- Collaboration, prioritization, and adaptability skills required.
- Experience and clear understanding with data integration
- Utilized EPM systems or software such as Cognos TM1, HFM, Hyperion Planning & Essbase (highly desired)
- Excellent business partnering skills and are a team player

Compensation and Benefits
This role will receive a competitive salary, benefits, and equity. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, location, and performance.This position is eligible for new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units depending on employee and company performance. Salary Range
$116,300—$171,000 USD
