Responsibilities
Create architectural designs and layouts using Vectorworks software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
Produce detailed architectural drawings and documentation.
Produce 3D Models and Renderings.
Conduct site visits and gather necessary data for design purposes.
Ensure adherence to project requirements, U.S building codes, and regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Proficiency in Vectorworks software with demonstrated experience in architectural design and documentation.
Previous experience working on residential and commercial projects.
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-quality work.
Knowledge of architectural standards, building codes, and regulations.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
Portfolio showcasing previous architectural design work.
