We founded Zelh in 2017 to provide outsourcing, outstaffing, and business assistance solutions. We combine outsourcing and automation to manage logistics business processes. We break down these processes into steps, map them to our proprietary framework, and execute them using human intelligence and technology. We specialize in AI-enhanced remote staffing, sourcing talent only from Eastern Europe. Our professionals have advanced degrees, strong English, and well-developed soft and tech skills.

We aim to reduce client operational costs, with reported savings up to 53% in operational costs and 60% in payroll. We support various roles including Accounting, Architectural Designer, Architectural Drafter, Back Office Administrator, Carrier Sales Representative, Customer Support Representative (Logistics), Freight Sales, Project Management, Structural Engineer, and Truck Dispatcher.

We are a US-based company with 201-500 employees across 9+ offices: 2 in the USA, 3 in Poland, 3 in Ukraine, and 1 in Serbia. After 7 years, we’ve completed over 100 successful projects and onboarded more than 3000 experts. We also run Zelh Academy, training over 200 employment-ready logistics graduates.

Our service process includes project discovery, talent recruitment (with interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks), solutions package review and approval, seamless onboarding, project execution with systems testing and training, and continuous performance evaluation. We handle HR compliance and liability as an employer of record. We can also provide Class A office space for employees, offering ²⁴⁄₇ operations and support tailored to client objectives.
