Requirements
- A proven ability to deliver large scale transformation projects and frontline productivity improvements
- Outstanding logic and analytical skills as well as demonstrated capability to solve complex commercial problems
- Possess strong interpersonal influencing and coaching skills to work with our client base to effect change and achieve desired outcomes
- Take a proactive, team oriented approach to the undertaking of analysis, whilst being both strategic and pragmatic
- Be an experienced team leader with the capability to mentor & direct your team
Responsibilities
- Provide overall, on-site, team leadership; usually across multiple teams on a single site
- Provide support and coaching to client Business Improvement Managers and Managers
- Ensure consistency, improvements are embedded, and that skills are transferred
