Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience with demonstrated ability to close deals
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner with a passion for sales and self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree is preferred
Responsibilities
- Acquire new janitorial contracts as primary sales target
- Leverage qualified appointments and pursue own leads
- Explore new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, emails, and door knocks
- Set up meetings with potential clients using both company-provided leads and own generated opportunities
- Contribute to sales reports, providing key insights for team review
- Negotiate deals effectively and handle objections or complaints
- Collaborate with team members to enhance results and foster a team-oriented sales environment
- Build and maintain prospect pipeline, achieving set metrics
