We provide mental health support through an app that combines evidence-based content, clinical care, and technology. We offer expert-led meditations, tools for stress reduction and sleep, online therapy, mental health coaching, and psychiatry services.

These services are available to individuals and over 4,000 organizations, including employers and health plans, with options like Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), care navigation, and work-life resources. Our app, available on Apple and Android devices, features mood-boosting meditations, stress-relieving tools, sleepcasts, soundscapes, wind-downs, and mindful movement exercises.

Founded in 2010, our app has over 105 million downloads and is used in 200 countries.
