Centria is looking for Spanish/Bilingual, high-integrity Clinical Leader who loves to travel & supervise from home!

For years, Centria has been using technology to bolster our services and increase access to quality care. We’ve been providing high level support to our Technicians over video even before COVID. Our Telehealth model has had plenty of opportunity to become the well oiled machine that it is today. You will love the flexibility and agency that is possible in this role, especially coupled with the consistent support of an earnest, high-integrity Director!

Board Certified Behavior Analysts / Supervising Clinicians

Average Total Compensation =(estimated) $98,000 - $107,000 per year! . Base Salary: negotiable, around $85,000 - $90,000  + Annual Average Bonus Potential:(estimated) $12,000 per year + Salary Premium: +$5,000 (offered to SCs who commit to afternoons M-F 12pm-8pm AZ time)

Working Hours: Flexible/variable - you build your schedule! BT operating hours are Monday - Friday, 8am-8pm, with primary supervision between 3pm-8pm. Being available for afternoon supervision sessions at least 3 (out of 5) days per week is ideal.

**Those who commit to M-F 12pm-8pm AZ time will receive a Salary Premium of $5k/yr.

NOTE: The BCBA hired for this remote role will be supporting clients primarily in Arizona. Tech hours are M-F 8am-8pm. Please consider the time zone difference when deciding to apply!

Our Expectations

  • Provide clinical oversight to clientele to drive compliance and retention to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Train, manage and retain a team of Behavior Technicians
  • Engage parents in ABA therapy to improve client outcomes by delivering 1 hour of parent engagement per month to all clients
  • Develop child-specific behavior plans following the principles of ABA therapy
  • Leading and maintaining staff by orienting and training team members
  • Ensuring the daily functions of the team are completed by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
  • Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value, and continuous improvements

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Master’s degree or higher from an accredited university in acceptance with BACB guidelines
  • Completed of 8-hour supervision course or willing to complete within first 30 days of employment
  • BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing
  • Active state license, in good standing, when applicable
  • 1+ years working with children and autism spectrum disorders
  • Prior experience working in a Telehealth/Remote capacity.
  • Previous supervision experience is preferred
  • Crisis management experience is preferred

Working Conditions

  • Centria’s office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, with primary hours conducted after school hours (3:00 pm – 8:00 pm).
  • The work location varies on a case-by-case basis and can include the client’s home, a company facility, or community.
    • This particular job opening is for Remote/Telehealth (WFH).
  • Additional time or flex schedules may be required to complete the above work or meet company objectives.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the team member may be exposed to a client who exhibits physically aggressive behavior, which can include kicking, pinching, punching, biting, etc. The team member may have to use appropriate behavior management techniques with a client under such circumstances. Such a response requires agility, quick reflexes, and the ability to use physically evasive movement. The team member will be required to stand, walk, sit, grasp, reach, bend, kneel, crouch, squat, hear, type, and write. The team member will also be exposed to normal office conditions and usual office equipment such as phone, computer, copiers, files, etc. The team member must be able to independently push, pull, lift, move, and carry objects weighing up to thirty-five (35) lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include near, far, and field of vision.
