About Centria Autism
Founded in 2009, we provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and early intervention services for children with autism. We serve 12 states: Arizona, California, Georgia, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oregon, Texas, and Virginia.
We offer services in various settings:
- Life Skills Autism Academy focuses on intensive, individualized therapy for children ages 5 and under.
- Our Centria Autism Centers provide full-time and part-time ABA therapy programs for individuals ages 2 to 14 in a structured, social environment.
- In-home therapy is also available, where our therapists work with children in their home environment.
We use a client-centered approach, based on the principle of assent, and aim to create a supportive, joyful learning environment. We accept most major insurances and are accredited by The Joint Commission (JCAHO) and the Behavior Health Centers of Excellence (BHCOE).
Mission & Values
Our mission is to lead the industry through compassionate, child-led therapy and a strong training and mentorship program for our clinicians. We provide ABA therapy, support, and resources to families, helping every individual on the autism spectrum grow and reach their goals in a supportive environment.
We believe everyone deserves the chance to achieve their full potential. Our approach is family-centered, using evidence-based practices and individualized therapy plans designed for each child’s unique needs, always with a focus on assent.
Team & Culture
We have a team of nearly 6,000 full and part-time professionals. We cultivate a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment, where we value employee contributions and prioritize professional development and career advancement.
We are committed to clinical excellence and ethical care, offering strong training and mentorship programs. Our leadership includes Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who design and oversee therapy programs, and Behavior Technicians who work one-on-one with children. We also support aspiring BCBAs through our Elevate program, which offers consistent mentorship, structured fieldwork, and full-time paid employment.
Benefits & Perks
We offer competitive salaries and various bonus opportunities, including weekly, monthly, and sign-on bonuses. Our comprehensive employee benefits packages include early wage access.
We provide CEU stipends and paid CEU days for professional development. Travel expenses are covered for market travel and specific on-site requirements. Depending on the role, benefits may include a company car or mileage reimbursement. Employees also get access to internal training events and structured support from clinical leadership teams. Some roles even include an annual all-inclusive vacation for two.
We do not use non-compete clauses, and we manage centralized scheduling and onboarding to lessen administrative work for our clinicians.
