Job description

At Smeetz, we help visitor attractions like theme parks, museums, and theaters grow their sales and revenue. Our AI-powered SaaS platform gives them the tools to manage, market, and price their products more effectively.

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. Your main job will be to find new leads, contact them, and book meetings for our Sales Closers. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, making sure they understand the value Smeetz can bring to their business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Find and contact new prospects using cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

  • Write short, personalized messages that grab attention and create interest.

  • Identify decision-makers and check if they’re a good fit for our solution.

  • Book qualified meetings for the Sales Closers.

  • Keep track of all contacts and activities in our CRM (HubSpot).

  • Work with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach and messaging.

  • Share feedback from prospects to help improve our sales approach.

  • Fluent in English (German / French is a huge plus)

  • Comfortable making cold calls and sending outreach messages.

  • Organized and able to manage many leads at once.

  • Motivated to hit targets and grow in a sales career.

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar tools is a plus.

  • Previous outbound sales or BDR experience is an advantage, but not required if you have the right mindset.

  • Work in a fast-growing SaaS startup with international clients.

  • Training and support to grow your sales skills.
