Job Overview
As a Business Development Team Leader, you will lead a team of professionals to achieve revenue targets and expand partnerships across Thailand. Your responsibilities include team management, strategy development, and direct client engagement.
Main Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) focused on the Thailand market.
Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, ensuring alignment with regional goals.
Develop and implement strategies to recruit and grow IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners.
Provide training and guidance to team members on market trends, sales techniques, and company offerings.
Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance partner experience.
Analyse team performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
Attend and lead team participation in expos, conferences, and client meetings.
Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any other relevant field.
At least 5 years of experience in Forex/CFD business development, with a focus on Thailand markets, including 2 years in a team lead role.
Excellent command of Thai and English language.
Proven success in managing and motivating high-performing sales teams.
Strong understanding of Thailand financial markets, IB networks, and trading regulations.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
