We founded Embrace in 2016 to build a user-focused observability platform. We specialize in observability, OpenTelemetry, mobile, and web for the technology sector. We provide real user monitoring (RUM) for mobile applications and web platforms. Our core offering is a user-focused observability platform that connects technical performance data directly to its impact on end-users. This helps engineering teams quickly resolve issues, optimize performance, and deliver better digital experiences.

Built on OpenTelemetry, we unify mobile telemetry with backend performance data, giving DevOps and SRE teams a complete view. Our platform’s capabilities are extended through open-source SDKs for development environments like iOS, Android, Unity, React Native, Flutter, and Web.

We help mobile and web developers build better user experiences by offering tailored technical integration strategies, root-cause analysis, and influencing product direction based on customer outcomes. We uncover patterns and insights from billions of mobile and web events, applying data science and machine learning to identify valuable patterns in user behavior, app performance, and telemetry data. These insights often lead to new product features.

Internally, we work to accelerate our go-to-market strategy, optimize data, systems, and processes for sales, marketing, and customer success, and improve forecasting accuracy and sales productivity. We manage a RevOps stack that includes tools like Salesforce and HubSpot, and we’re always working to scale our revenue engine.

Eric Futoran is our CEO and Co-founder. In January 2026, SpeedCurve joined us, further expanding our user-focused observability offerings.

Our interns receive a paid internship, with an hourly rate from $23 to $27, depending on experience and program level.
