We’re building a curated network of talented freelance Camera Operators that we can call upon for existing and future projects. When you apply to join our freelancer base, you will be evaluated and kept on file. You may not be contacted immediately. Contract type: B2B
Salary range: 80 - 150 PLN net/hour (rate depends on the type of project and your skills)
Scope of tasks:
Operating professional video cameras during events, shoots, or productions
Setting up and adjusting camera equipment and angles
Collaborating with team members to capture the desired footage
Ensuring proper framing, focus, and lighting of each shot
Troubleshooting technical issues on set
Transferring and organizing footage after filming
What skills and experience do we expect?
Proven experience as a camera operator or similar role in video production
Strong knowledge of camera equipment, lenses, and accessories
Ability to use a Blackmagic Pocket camera and reporter lighting
Familiarity with various shooting styles (e.g., documentary, commercial, live events)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good eye for detail, composition, and movement
Understanding of lighting and sound in filming environments
Driving license and access to own transport
