Join the Blackpoint team as a Channel Account Executive and play a vital role in driving revenue growth by engaging with Managed Service Providers (MSPs). We’re on a mission to expand our presence in the MSP market, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven individual to help us achieve our sales targets.

Role Overview:

As an Account Executive at Blackpoint, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with MSPs, understanding their unique cybersecurity challenges, and positioning our solutions as the ideal choice to meet their needs. Your role is crucial in our efforts to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect and initiate contact with net new MSP clients, engaging in consultative discussions to understand their cybersecurity pain points and business requirements.

  • Develop a strong network of relationships with MSPs, serving as their initial primary point of contact and trusted advisor.

  • Conduct product trials and proof-of-concepts, effectively showcasing the value of our solutions to potential clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs and pain points of each MSP.

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and nurturing relationships with MSPs.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

  • Share feedback and insights with the product and marketing teams to influence future product development and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Approximately 4+ years of sales experience in either Cybersecurity or Managed Services.

  • Strong written communication and presentation skills.

  • Results-driven mindset, self-motivation, and excellent organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (we use HubSpot) and other sales software.

  • Willingness and ability to travel for field sales activities.
