Serve as first level system support for Channel Partners by: troubleshooting system issues, resolving client questions, performing release testing and SOW support in partnership with the rest of the client service team. The overall goal is to provide high quality and timely support that creates raving fans internally and externally.
Core Responsibilities
1. Support routine tickets and emails– responses typically reviewed for accuracy
2. Troubleshoot bswift system issues
3. Regression test releases with support from POD
4. Test client sites to ensure proper functionality and quality
5. Review bswift’s help guide to become familiar with the functionality, and use it to help solve client problems
6. Keep up to date on all courses in Litmos, and complete Top Dog learning Path within Litmos
Client Specific Responsibilities
1. Take notes on call and distribute to team(internal)
2. Manage open items ticket log, and prepare for client status calls
3. Review any daily file failures (email and tickets) distribute that information to the client and support the resolution
4. Conduct system audits as needed
5. Liaison with bswift service center to ensure quality resolution of client issues
6. Other responsibilities as needed or requested by the client
· Good written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel; ability to listen, clarify and respond well to questions
· Ability to operate and make timely decisions in an ambiguous, fast-paced work environment.
· Ability to quickly sort through complex subject material
· Analytical skill-sets and ability to effectively use data for strategy
· Proficiency in Excel, VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables
· Experience in benefits administration system technology, payroll, HRIS or related software preferred

Specific benefit offerings vary by position and may be subject to change.
Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $55,000-$60,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
