Summary
ExecHQ is an advisory firm that hires fractional, interim or project-based CTOs/CROs to provide solutions for complex business problems. The company is seeking a Consulting CTO/CRO with extensive experience to work as an advisor and assist clients with leadership, turnarounds, team building, etc. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in business or related field and at least five years of experience as a CTO/CRO or equivalent position.

Responsibilities
- Apply skills and knowledge as a Chief Turnaround Officer or Chief Restructuring Officer to assist clients with leadership, turnarounds, taking them to the next level, executive coaching, building effective teams, etc
- Employ training and coaching to expand business network, build great business relationships, follow-up and help to close leads for new clients that come to your attention
