Summary

ExecHQ® is an advisory firm that hires fractional, interim or project-based COOs to provide solutions for complex business problems for various entities. The company is seeking a COO Advisor with extensive experience as a full-time or consulting COO to work with clients across the globe. The COO will use their skills and knowledge to assist clients with leadership, turnarounds, team building, executive coaching, etc., and expand their business network within the firm.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business, accounting or related field required
  • Five or more years experience as a COO, business owner or equivalent position

Responsibilities

  • Apply your skills and knowledge as a Chief Operating Officer to assist your clients as needed with leadership, turnarounds, taking them to the next level, Executive coaching, building effective teams, etc
  • Employ our training and coaching to expand your business network, build great business relationships, follow-up and help to close leads for new clients that come to your attention
