Uptalent.io is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer or Land Surveyor to join their team as they provide exceptional service to clients by completing projects that meet high standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for site inspection, data analysis, project management, and more, while having a minimum of 2 years of industry experience and proficiency in certain software.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of industry experience
- Proficiency in any of the following software: Civil 3d, Autocad, Bentley MicroStation, Revit
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Work on the Design and Development of the following types of projects: Land Surveying, Concept Plan, Road Design, Waterwaste Management and Drainage, Basin Calculations, Lighting plans, Construction Details, among others
- Analyze data to determine project requirements and timelines
- Manage project timelines and deliverables
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members
- Provide oversight and guidance to junior team members
- Contribute to the creation of project proposals and reports
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working on the U.S and Canadian Market, being familiar with local codes and standards
