Responsibilities

  • Customizing the software setup to meet clients' needs
  • Providing technical and customer service support via phone, email, and Zendesk
  • Building long-term relationships with churches and nonprofits
  • Fortifying relationships with existing clients, offering guidance and support
  • Utilizing Zendesk to track all work and communication
  • Beta testing new features and product releases
  • Contributing throughout the company, with a focus on front-line support
