Responsibilities
- Customizing the software setup to meet clients' needs
- Providing technical and customer service support via phone, email, and Zendesk
- Building long-term relationships with churches and nonprofits
- Fortifying relationships with existing clients, offering guidance and support
- Utilizing Zendesk to track all work and communication
- Beta testing new features and product releases
- Contributing throughout the company, with a focus on front-line support
