Location: Remote (Pakistan)
Job Type: Full Time
Shift Timing: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Sourcing Executive with excellent spoken English skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to engage in meaningful discussions, convert leads into clients, and provide seamless onboarding experiences for new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate contact with potential clients via cold calls and take that lead to deal closures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams ( Sourcing, Procurement, logistics and Amazon Accounts) to ensure clients’ expectations are met.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and progress throughout the onboarding journey.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Client Onboarding.
Bachelors degree in a related field is a Must
Exceptional spoken and written US English communication skills.
Proven ability to engage clients, drive discussions, and close deals.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality service.
A proactive, client-focused approach to problem-solving.
